Meghalaya: Wooden bridge washed away in Garo Hills region

Floods have wreaked havoc in the entire Garo Hills region in Meghalaya. A wooden bridge connecting Jijika to Megua washed away in the flood. The Garo Hills region of Meghalaya has been severely hit by unprecedented floods and landslides.
