FM Jaitley responds to opposition concerns on GST Bill

Making closing statement in Rajya Sabha on GST Bill, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said that 'The Union of states can't exist without Union. We are experimenting a new idea so that the central and state will have uniform tax structure'.
