EU nominates Venezuelan opposition for Sakharov prize

The European Parliament is set to announce the winner of the Sakharov human rights prize, with assassinated Russian opposition leader Boris Nemtsov, jailed Saudi Arabian blogger Raif Badawi and a Venezuelan opposition group making the shortlist.
