US Acknowledges 42 Aircraft Losses, Tehran Warns More Surprises If War Resumes

A US Congressional Research Service report acknowledged that 42 American aircraft were destroyed or damaged during the war on Iran, including fighter jets, drones, surveillance aircraft and refueling planes. The report cites destroyed F-15E Strike Eagles, damaged KC-135 tankers and heavy MQ-9 Reaper drone losses. Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi reacted by claiming the findings confirmed massive US losses and asserting Iran struck an F-35 stealth fighter.
