UK PM Keir Starmer is under intense scrutiny following the resignation of City Minister Tulip Siddiq. Siddiq, who also served as an anti-corruption minister, stepped down amid mounting allegations of using properties gifted by allies of her aunt, former Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina. The controversy deepened after Bangladesh's interim leader Muhammad Yunus accused Siddiq of benefiting from assets gifted by Hasina's regime. Siddiq's resignation has dealt a significant blow to Starmer's government, with opposition leader Kemi Badenoch launching a scathing attack during PMQs, further escalating the political storm.
