Delhi will now use the Graded Response Action Plan for Covid-19 management if the pandemic picks up again. Delhi Disaster Management Authority cleared the Covid GRAP on Friday. 4 levels of economic restrictions will come into force if the infection positivity rate moves from 0.5% to above 5%. A yellow alert initiates the minimum level of restrictions and red the maximum. The committee has suggested a yellow alert when the positivity rate goes above 0.5% and remains there for two consecutive days. Under amber alert and orange alert, a curfew will be in place from Friday 10pm to Monday 5am. A red alert is there if the positivity rate is over 5% for two consecutive days. The red alert will trigger a complete lockdown under which almost all economic activities will be prohibited.
