Delhi: Man shot on Holi for objecting to hooliganism

A man was shot at on Holi in Delhi's Nihal Vihar area after he objected to a group of men blocking the road with their car and playing loud music. The argument escalated and the revellers shot him. The victim was taken to a hospital and doctors say the bullet will be left inside the body, as removing it would endanger his life.
