Delhi: ISBT prepares to reopen after seven months COVID lockdown
Delhi’s three inter-state bus terminals (ISBTs) have prepared to reopen after seven months since the COVID-19 lockdown in March 2020. The Delhi Transport Infrastructure Development Corporation has put in place several measures to ensure safe operations. Initially, only 50 per cent of buses of the usual 3,500 buses that arrive from other states would be allowed to operate. Provisions to maintain social distancing inside the ISBT premises has also been made.
