Biological age of rape victims will decide if trial will be under POCSO: Supreme Court

Supreme Court ruled that the trial of a rape case wherein the victim is an adult whose mental maturity is of a kid cannot be shifted to a children's court and the accused cannot be tried under the stringent provisions of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act 2012.
