Rain lashes Rameswaram, brings respite from scorching heat

Heavy rain lashed parts of Rameswaram on April 17, providing respite from scorching heat. Tamil Nadu recorded above-average rainfall for the pre-monsoon season. According to IMD, minimum and maximum temperatures will hover around 26 degrees and 34 degrees Celsius respectively.
