Bhopal: Band of convicts spreads awareness for voting ahead of MP polls

Meet the ‘Bhopal Central Band’, a group of 12 convicts who are raising awareness for voting in the upcoming Madhya Pradesh polls. They perform hit Bollywood numbers at various events. The band consists of both men and women who have been convicted of murder. They use expensive instruments that were donated by some ‘rich’ people who had been convicted in the Vyapam scam. They were so impressed by the band’s performance that they donated the costly equipment after getting bail.
