Bigg Boss Marathi 2 house: From the jail area to the unique confession room; here's all you need to know about the house

As the season 2 of Bigg Boss Marathi welcomes contestants from different walks of life, the interior of the BB house also highlights the different elements of Maharashtrian Culture. This year's house is quite big compared to last season and has been shifted to Goregaon Filmcity from Lonavla. And this time the theme of the house is 'Royal Wada'. Let's take a look at the different areas inside the Bigg Boss Marathi 2 house...

2/11

Garden area

Just like the previous season, the garden area has a Tulsi Vrindavan placed near the entry of the house. An 'L' shaped swimming is just beside that. Also, the garden area has a unique sitting arrangement made up of bike tyres. Also, a swing is placed in this space. On one of the pillars, a huge symbol of 'Limbu Mirchi' is placed. As per Maharashtrian belief, the 'Limbu Mirchi' keeps the negative energy outside the house.

3/11

Jail

This is the first time, the jail has been introduced in Bigg Boss Marathi. The jail is also near the garden area and presently it is locked. There are no facilities inside the jail, only a mattress is put for the ones who would be punished.

4/11

Bigg Boss Vyayamshala

Bigg Boss Vyayamshala is placed in one corner of the garden area. Along with the jogger, all the workout equipment are kept near the gym area. There are also some of the posters on the wall which gives detailed information about the workout techniques.

5/11

Kitchen area

The kitchen area in the Bigg Boss Marathi 2 has a typical flavour of Maharashtrian culture. From the modern amenities like a refrigerator to microwave, there are also some of the authentic kitchenwares present like the 'Pata Varvanta' and 'Ukhal'. Also, there's a unique chandelier (made of glass bottles) hanged in the centre of the kitchen area.

6/11

Living area

The living area has a huge semi-circular sofa that can accommodate all the contestants in the show. Also, a TV is placed in front of the sofa so that the housemates can communicate with Mahesh Manjrekar on Weekend Cha Vaar episode. In the living area, there's also a particular wall which has calligraphy which depicts the Marathi culture.

7/11

Girls' bedroom

The girls' bedroom has blue coloured bedsheet and cushions. Also, to give it a feminine design as it has props like Ghungroo and Nath hanged on the wall.

8/11

Boys' bedroom

The boys' bedroom is just beside the girls' room. But unlike last season, the colour of the bedsheets and the cushions in boys' room is yellow. And the bells are hanging from the ceiling.

9/11

Confession room

The way to the confession room goes from the living area and it has the design of eyes on the walls and ceiling too, which is quite unique. Inside the confession room, there's a sofa kept which has colourful art and a mic and TV are placed in front of it.

10/11

Captain's room

The captain's room has a royal look compared to the other rooms. The bed and the cushions are red in colour this time. It lies near the girls' and boys' room.

11/11

Toilet area

Last year, the toilet area had an interior made of Kolhapuri Chappals but this time, an entire wall inside the toilet area is covered with colourful bangles. Also, there are parrots made on the other walls of the toilet area.
