Erivum Puliyum: Here's what the actors have to share about the new show
The much-awaited sitcom, 'Erivum Puliyum' recently had the grand premiere recently. Just like the viewers, the actors of the show are also excited to be making their comeback to Malayalam TV. In an exclusive chat with ETimes TV, the actors spilled the beans about their characters. Take a look.
Biju Sopanam as Freddy aka Unniyappan
Actor Biju Sopanam will be seen playing Freddie aka Unniyappan, the Malayali who got married to an Anglo Indian family. Talking about the character, Biju shared Freddy is a fun-loving man, who tries to adapt to the Anglo Indian culture, but he still admires the Kerala culture. Different from his character in Uppum Mulakum, this sitcom will showcase a vivacious Biju in trousers and floral shirts.

Nisha Sarangh as Julie
Actress Nisha Sarangh had undergone a complete makeover for the show. Her character, Julie, is a popular baker in the town. Nisha shared that the role is entirely different from whatever she had played before. "The old one is over, we are here with a completely different plot and style of making. Hoping to entertain our audience more," she said.

Rishi Kumar as Jojo
Rishi will be playing the character Jojo in the show. A fun-loving handsome young man, who is the eldest among the 5 kids. The actor shared that it is a blessing to be a part of his on-screen family again.
"This family is an emotion. I call them Achan and Amma in real life too. It feels like having two parents in life. The bond is growing stronger over the years, may this remain the same," he said.

Juhi Rustagi as Jaani
"Jaani is a sweet, obedient girl when her mom is around. But, she is sprightly when with her mischievous siblings," Juhi shared about her character.

Alsabith as Jo
"Jo is someone you all might have in your own family. He is a chirpy, naughty but loving young boy," Alsabith said.

Shivani
Child actress Shivani will be playing Jenna in the show. She also shared that she is excited to play this character.
"It was during one of my online classes, Amma told me that there is an offer, I didn't have a second thought, I said YES! I am with this family since I was 8. I am 15 now, they are more than a family to me," she said.
