After the recent controversy surrounding a machete during a photoshoot, Bigg Boss Kannada fame Rajath Kishan seems to have landed himself in yet another controversy, this time over a cigarette.

Rajat has come under fire for sharing a reel and photographs in which he is seen smoking a cigarette in front of a traditional heritage building in Mysuru. The visuals, which quickly went viral on social media, show the actor stepping out of a car and striking dramatic poses while holding a cigarette near the historic Deputy Commissioner’s Office building in the cultural capital of Karnataka.

The post has sparked strong reactions from netizens, many of whom have criticised the actor for allegedly smoking in a public place and using a heritage backdrop for a stylised reel. Several users pointed out that such behaviour not only violates public smoking regulations but also shows a lack of respect towards Mysuru’s cultural and architectural heritage.



The controversy comes close on the heels of Rajath’s earlier run-in with the law during a photoshoot where he was seen wielding a machete, following which he was reportedly detained and later released on bail.
