Rubina Dilaik, one of television’s most loved and accomplished actresses, surprised many with her honesty about her mental health struggles during her stint on Bigg Boss 14. While fans admired her strength on the show, Rubina opened about battling anxiety and suicidal thoughts. She shared, “My relationships with my parents was not that great. I had temper issues; I had suicidal tendencies. Veteran actor and Bigg Boss 14 contestant Eijaz Khan also spoke bravely about his experiences with mental health. Reflecting on his journey, he admitted that dealing with mental illness is an ongoing process. In an interview with ETimes TV, he said, “I haven't come out of mental illness. It is an on-going process. There are times I am still scared of being alone and sometimes I am scared of my own self.” Eijaz shared that the years between 2015 and 2017 were the most difficult for him but emphasized the importance of seeking therapy and accepting one’s emotions.
