It is a miracle to have twins

We have the first twins in our whole generation of family. Neither on my side, nor on Abhinav's side anyone in our family had twins or triplets so for us it has been a miracle only. When Abhinav and I discussed how we see our friends being occupied with one child, how will we manage two kids at the same time? It takes a force to take care of them.

My parents wanted me to become an IAS officer

My parents wanted me to become an IAS officer. My younger sister Jyotika and her husband Rajat were also preparing for IAS then they left it last minute and ventured towards vlogging. They were quite focused and dedicated to studying for IAS. I told them to do what you want to do. My parents have always been supportive. It is their hard work and encouragement that we are here.

It has been 15 years into TV

When I came to Mumbai and started giving auditions, my mother stayed with me for the first 7 months and I bagged my first show Choti Bahu which was a hit. Since then there has been no looking back. It has been 15 years into the Industry. I had begun auditioning in Chandigarh and then came to Mumbai for work.

I wish my girls would learn 5-6 languages

I play Pahadi songs, Punjabi songs, Hindi and even Spanish and Arabic songs sometimes so that their language skills and development are done properly. We even play mantras and all so that their linguistic skills get developed. If we keep kids in such an environment they develop sooner. I wish my girls would learn 5-6 languages, let's see if it happens. And Hindi of course, being our mother tongue.

I haven't quit TV

Nope, I haven't quit TV, it is my bread butter, it is the beginning of my career. For me the platform is important. I will keep working on all platforms, wherever they offer me work. I am not leaving my career. For me, my YouTube is my video diary for my daughters.
