From fights between Gautam Gulati and Prince Narula to calling fellow contestant Rishab’s game ‘the dirtiest’; Roadies 19 winner Vashu Jain makes shocking revelations

The 19th season of Roadies has come to an end with Vashu Jain lifting the trophy. The young contestant defeated Siwet and Prakram in the semi finale and won the title of Roadies - Karm Ya Kaand. Vashu got into an exclusive chat with ETimes TV, where he opened up about his journey, bond with fellow contestants, fights between the gang leaders and more. Here’s some of the top revelations made by him...

Talking about his journey, he said, “Roadies was always like a big dream of mine. I grew up watching the show and wished to win it one day. I never thought my manifestation would come true this soon. I am very happy, all this is no less than a movie for me. Another thing is that I won’t the show months back and it got on-air now and as people are watching it, they are giving me enough love and appreciation, I’m very happy about that.”

He said, “At first I was very sad as my gang got swapped. I really wanted to be in gang Prince. However, Rhea ma’am was always very nice to me. She had prioritised me since the start and gave me opportunities where I could shine. I have a very great bond with her even outside the show and I think she is the smartest of all.”

Vashu was quite upset when his gang got replaced because of gang member, Ashika. He said, “I was very angry at Ashika for not choosing me and getting me replaced by Himanshu. However, she later explained me every thing, saying that my clues were hard to find. Whatever happened happened, but I genuinely wanted to be in Gang prince”

Even though Rishabh and Vashu shared a close bond, inside the show, the two are no longer friends. Vashu commented on his game and said, “In the start, people really loved Rishab, but later they realised that he was playing the dirtiest game amongst everyone. He is getting trolled and he is receiving hate on the internet for his dirty game on the show. I think he deserves it.”

Vashu expressed his love for reality shows and confirmed that he would love to do Bigg Boss and Splitsvilla in the future. He said, “my journey has just started and it has been amazing. I love reality shows and want to do more of them. If I’m offered Splitsvilla or Bigg Boss in the future, then I will definitely do it.”

He revealed that the fights were real and were way more intense than it was showed on television. He said, “All the fights that audience saw on the show was real. People used to watch it for like an hour or so. But we used to watch it go on for even 3-4 hours. It was shocking and unexpected for all of us to see them fight.”

When asked about his bond with Gautam Gulati, he said that he learnt a lot from him. However, he isn’t in touch with him anymore. He further revealed, “Gautam sir used to follow me for a long time on social media platforms. However, he recently unfollowed me on Instagram. I don’t understand why would a gang leader unfollow a roadie like that. This doesn’t make sense to me.”
