When pitchers of a snacks company shared that they are currently burning through money and not turning a profit, Azhar was really disappointed. He suggested they should close their business. He remarked, "It's been 8 years, and you're still not making a profit; it's better to shut your business down." Vineeta jumped in and disagreed, saying, "I don't agree with him; building a business takes time, and it's okay." Aman and Peyush echoed similar sentiments. Vikas Suri from Popcorn and Company presented his gourmet snacks but faced doubts about his sales and business skills. While Namita saw the potential in the sprinkler kit but criticised the low sales figures, Anupam questioned Vikas's intentions and clarity. An argument takes place when Vikas 'shh' Peyush, leading Anupam to lose his temper. He expressed his frustration by reminding Vikas of his reputation and knowledge, questioning why he came if he wasn't open to ideas. The tension escalated as Anupam accused Vikas of silencing the Sharks, highlighting the intensity of the moment.

Golden Feathers, a luxury textile brand that uses upcycled chicken waste, couldn't secure investment despite its innovative ideas and even winning a German design award. The Sharks weren't impressed, pointing out the high valuation and the lack of a solid sales strategy. The pitcher Omkar Pimple asked for Rs 1.2 crore for 3% equity. Anupam steps in with advice, suggesting aligning with the Indian market. He then lost his cool and said, "It's all delusion. I've been there. I get it. I studied there and then started my own brand here. For years, I kept telling myself it was better there. You're fooling yourself. If you think the market is here, then be here."

In one of the episodes of Shark Tank India 3, Anupam Mittal jokingly commented while indirectly taking a dig at former shark Ashneer Grover. He humorously remarked to a pitcher presenting a rage room concept, saying, "The one who used to get angry is gone." This later made headlines with Ashneer Grover reacting to it.

Deepinder called out the pitcher in his first-ever episode of Shark Tank India 3 for only mentioning 9 digits in his phone number and not using the right fonts in his logo and name. People were quick to compare him to season one's Ashneer Grover, highlighting their bold personalities. He even expressed scepticism about the concept, comparing it to OYO for gyms and predicting its failure. He also criticised the design language of the brand. In the end, the pitcher did not secure any deals.

Vineeta and Peyush were both interested in cracking a deal with ‘Farm Didi,’ a company that manufactures pickles with their unique and authentic style. While Peyush was ready to offer the pitcher exactly what they asked for, Vineeta, on the other hand, tried to negotiate it. The pitcher then requested the two of them to come together for the deal. However, Vineeta joked and said, “Mujhe Peyush ke sath nahi karna, vo pakata hai.” Peyush seemed to have felt bad and responded to it saying, “I will only do it if Vineeta is okay with it. Later, the sharks requested Vineeta to consider doing the deal with Peyush and she agreed with it.
