On doing Khatron Ke Khiladi 11

My experience was awesome on the show, but I would also like to add that I was scared a lot. I always wanted to do Khatron Ke Khiladi because I wanted to personally feel the experience. I wanted to feel the emotions of getting scared, excitement and if I am daring enough and I think people will be seeing me getting scared most of the time (laughs). I had never done something like this before, this was the first time I travelled to Cape Town. I enjoyed doing the stunts. I could perform a few and there were few which I couldn’t do. I have no regrets, I just enjoyed my journey and could sleep peacefully. (Photo: Instagram)

Nikki on being called 'Cheekhi Tamboli'

Yes, just like the promos, the audience will get to see me shouting most of the time on the show as all the stunts were very scary and dangerous. Many from the contestants have won stunts and let me tell you the stunts were not easy at all. The stunts were very difficult. I feel this was one of the most difficult seasons of all. Whenever I missed my brother, Arjun Bijlani would somehow know

I have made new friends and a lot of them. Rahul Vaidya, Abhinav Shukla and Aastha Gill are my thick friends. I have become more close with Abhinav during the journey. Then Arjun Bijlani, I just love his vibe and his personality. He is very charming, handsome and he is very sweet. Also, as his mother is a Maharashtrian and I am Maharashtrian too so we bonded quite well. He is a fun loving person and very funny. Whenever I missed my brother, Arjun Bijlani would somehow know and he would come and ask me about it. He has performed very well on the show. (Photo: Instagram)

I was mentally shaken and depressed after I lost my brother

I am taking all the good memories with me from the show. After I lost my brother and I had to go for KKK11, I was not in a frame of mind to learn something new or focus on anything. I was mentally shaken and depressed. I just tried to stay happy and collect good memories. I feel very lucky to have found such good friends who helped me to come out of that state. I feel blessed that I found such good friends, I am a little introvert but I am happy I met them. They treated me like a baby. (Photo: Instagram)

On staying in touch with her parents

I was in constant touch with them from Cape Town and would tell them that I am very scared, but they motivated me. They know that I get scared very easily, but they pushed me by saying that I have committed to the show and I should give my best. They know my weaknesses and they told me winning and losing is part of competition and I should just focus on my journey on the show. (Photo: Instagram)

Life post brother's demise - I changed my personality and chose to be happy

After my brother’s demise, I think I have tried to come out stronger. The mental state I was in when I went for the show, I was not confident about myself, I didn’t know if I would be able to gel with anyone or make friends. But I changed my personality and chose to be happy and I think that one incident has made me stronger. I think my brother is there with me, watching me over. Leaving parents here in Mumbai and going away to a foreign land for such a difficult show, is the bravest decision one could ever make. (Photo: Instagram)

I plan my day in such a way that I get to spend time with my parents

I am right now in a relationship with my work. Touchwood things are very good professionally and I have projects lined-up one after the other. I plan my day in such a way that I get to spend time with my parents. I wake up early to be with them because I know after coming from the shoot or other work commitments I can get tired and might sleep, so I make sure to get up early and spend time with them. I don’t have time to give it to someone else or ruin anyone’s life by getting into a relationship and then not giving time to that person. (Photo: Instagram)

I am not up for casual dating

I am not up for casual dating or time pass relationships. I want to be in a committed relationship. But right now I don’t have time. Right now, professionally I am doing good and it takes a lot of patience and energy to find a balance between personal and professional life, so I don’t want to focus on anything else. My parents are growing old and I have to look after them, they are my priority now. After that work comes for me. So I don’t think I can give someone else that priority now. (Photo: Instagram)

On attending Rahul Vaidya's wedding

We haven’t planned because of COVID there are too many restrictions and we don’t want people to think that as we are celebrities, we are getting any kind of privilege. So I think the wedding is going to be low key. I don’t know about Rahul’s plans. But I wish all the best to Rahul for his future and I am very happy for him. (Photo: Instagram)
