Bigg Boss 19: Shehbaz Badesha calls Tanya Mittal fake and irritating; breaks silence on father being trolled for ‘overly friendly’ behaviour with female contestants

Bigg Boss 19 contestant Shehbaz Badesha recently got evicted from the reality show during Weekend Ka Vaar. The reality star, who manifested the show for six years, got eliminated just one week ahead of the finale. In an interview, Shehbaz has finally opened up about the controversies surrounding him inside the house. From calling Tanya Mittal “fake and irritating” to responding to the online backlash over his father’s overly friendly behaviour with female contestants, Shehbaz didn’t hold back as he shared his perspective on the ongoing chatter. On his journey

I feel my journey was nothing short of a dream. I learned so much inside the house, patience, self-control, and how to hold myself back whenever I felt I was crossing a line. I also understood how to stay composed and still entertain. These experiences taught me a lot. (Photo: Instagram)

Shehnaaz Gill's reaction

Shehnaaz said that you performed exceptionally well and everything you did in the show was commendable. I was expressing my gratitude to Bigg Boss for giving me such a huge platform, after all, Bigg Boss is the one who shaped your journey too. So yes, let’s thank Bigg Boss. Many people saw you as one of the strongest contenders. (Photo: Instagram)

On his elimination

I’m not upset at all. I simply mean that if Malti received more votes, it shows the audience backed her, and there’s nothing to feel bad about. I definitely put in a lot more effort, that’s true. But honestly, what can she accomplish in four days that I haven’t already done? (Photo: Instagram)

Friendship with Amaal

Anyone who believes I became friends with Amaal just for the game is honestly being foolish. Real friendship isn’t about who’s more famous or who’s not. About my bond with him, he’s like family to me. He has always been and will always remain my brother. I genuinely care for him. Even while he was in the house, I wished for him to take the trophy home, and he wanted the same for me. That’s how deep our bond is. (Photo: Instagram)

Farrhana is a black-hearted person

Farrhana Bhatt comes across as someone whose actions are unpredictable, and it often feels like she’s willing to take drastic steps in any situation. She is a black hearted person and can do anything to anyone. (Photo: Instagram)

Gaurav Khanna is a mature person - he is not fake

Gaurav Khanna is genuinely a good human being. Overall, he has a positive nature. Like everyone, he has his highs and lows in the game, but he remains one of the more sensible people in the house. I never claimed he was pretending, others said that. I always felt he played a bit cautiously. No one can put on an act for such a long time, and neither can he. Even Salman Khan pointed out that this is who he truly is. (Photo: Instagram)

On being upset to see his father instead of his sister during family week

I felt that my entry on the show could impact my game, because he wasn’t fully aware of everything happening inside the house and could have said something unintentionally that could weaken my position. That’s why I genuinely hoped Shehnaaz would be the one to visit. As a ex-contestant of Bigg Boss Shehnaaz could have guided me well. (Photo: Instagram)

Addresses trolling over father’s ‘overly friendly’ behaviour with female contestants

He told IANS, "It wasn’t just him. The other side was responding in a similar way too, so why blame only him? If he’s getting trolled, let people troll. People will say whatever they want. It doesn’t affect us." (Photo: Instagram)

10/10

Tanya Mittal is fake and irritating

I find Tanya Mittal extremely irritating and fake, and that’s not going to change. Whatever I had said earlier was only in the very beginning. As the game moved forward and people’s real sides became clearer, I realised some things weren’t being said the way they should be. That’s when I chose to step back. I genuinely prefer keeping my distance from Tanya. I’m happy to maintain a good equation with everyone else, except Farrhana, Tanya, Abhishek, and Ashnoor. (Photo: Instagram)
