Several celebrities from the film and TV fraternity were snapped on the red carpet at the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards 2022 held last night (February 20). Shaheer Sheikh, Shraddha Arya, Rupali Ganguly and many others attended the event looking their elegant best. Take a look:

Rupali Ganguly

Rupali Ganguly won the award for the Most Promising Actress in Television Series. She made a comeback on TV with Anupamaa and wowed the audience with her performance. She wore a heavy red sari to the event.

Shraddha Arya

Newly married Shraddha Arya stepped out wearing a bright pink silk sari and completed her look with temple jewellery. Her acting in Kundali Bhagya as Preeta won her the award of Best Actress in Television Series.

Shaheer Sheikh’s winning moment

Shaheer shared a gratitude note on social media. Posting a picture with his award, Shaheer wrote, “It’s an incredibly gratifying feeling to win the Best Actor on TV, for Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi, at one of the most prestigious awards, the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards2022. #DPIFF2022 @dpiff_official Delighted, humbled and grateful. Thank you for all the love and support in my journey of reaching here.”

One with his mentor

Shaheer has worked with producer Rajan Shahi in his previous project and is happy to work with him again. He will soon be seen in his next ‘Who Toh Hai Albela’. Shaheer wrote, “What made today’s win even more special, was the presence of the team of my next show #WohToHaiAlbelaa.”

Anupamaa wins big

Rupali Ganguly seen in and as Anupamaa posed with her hubby at the award function. Her show 'Anupamaa' won the award for Television Series of The Year. The show has been doing exceptionally well, topping the TRP charts throughout.

Shraddha Arya was soaked in the glory of her latest win. She celebrated this moment with her family with a little cake cutting. She also posed with her award in her cute PJs.

Dheeraj Dhoopar’s win

While Dheeraj couldn’t attend the ceremony, he won the award for the Most Promising Actor in Television Series, Kundali Bhagya. He wrote, “Deeply humbled and so very thankful for this.”
