​Rath Yatra is one of the most auspicious festivities celebrated in India, especially in and around the eastern region of India. Lord Jagannath, Balaram and Subhadra are worshipped on the day of the festivity and they are taken out in a chariot, popularly known as Rath. Although Puri, Orissa is the land the biggest celebration of Rath Yatra, Bengal too doesn’t lag behind.
