Get ready to turn topsy-turvy! Well, not literally! Leave it to the magic of this Upside Down Museum and then go public to flaunt your cartwheel pictures on social media! Art comes to life in this one of a kind museum that has all sections of a regular home, such as a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a toilet and laundry area—all designed in a peculiar manner and installed on the roof! When you walk in, it takes a while for your mind to process the upside down setup. It might get even more baffling when the museum staff requests you pose in a certain way. Your best bet is to do as told and then viola! See the results in the pictures! They tell a story. Do a handstand on the dining table, become a jumper at the staircase and dive inside a commode!Upside Down Museum makes you look and feel athletic, even like a well-trained gymnast perhaps. Beware though that some of the sections might require you to actually perform push-ups or walk along the edge or wall. Of course, you can choose to do the activities that excite you and ignore the rest. This is a must-visit marvel of a museum.
Tips: Located on Kimberley Street, it is within walking distance from Dark Mansion Museum and you can plan to do both consecutively. Upside Down Museum is a popular attraction among visitors. On busy days, it may take an hour to visit this place.
