After lying lonely and empty for a while, this bar has re-emerged as one of Surry Hills' swankiest and most desirable places in which to sink a few pre-club beers. For those who like to dance while they drink, the regular DJ nights are a popular draw.
A very welcome first floor terrace provides a breezy respite from the busy hive below, and the late license means people often end up staying here for more than the couple of aperitifs they first came in for.
