Camping Fusina is a pleasant and spacious campsite just over the water from Venice in neighbouring Mestre. The campsite is situated on the water front and offers exceptional views of Venice from the mainland and plenty of facilities like a market, restaurant and bar and spacious, clean public bathing facilities. However, Wi-Fi is additionally charged (5 Euros a day) and tends to be inconsistent.
It’s easy to reach Venice from Camping Fusina, either by bus (3 Euros) or a more fun way is by a regular boat service that takes only 20 minutes and costs 15 Euros for a round trip. Or, get a 72 hour pass for 53 Euros. If you use the bus service to access Venice, last buses depart to Camping Fusina from the city between 9 PM and 10 PM.
