With four conveniently located outlets in the Tricity Nik Baker's is an extremely popular destination for cakes, pastries, desserts, gelati, and an excellent cup of coffee. Their gelati is a small but good range that includes a mouth-watering Cream Latte, Choco-chip, Almond Praline, Kit Kat, Mint, Green Apple, Mango and a noteworthy Bubble Gum. By far the greatest proportion of their cakes and pastries are chocolate based, due to local preference. Their version of Tiramisu is one of the best in the city. Even a simple cappuccino here is a treat. Their tagline is "A professional baker from Australia". They're not too far off the mark!
