This super cool (no pun intended) food truck is making waves in Edmonton by making fresh ice cream cup-by-cup right in front of your eyes. We will be honest though, prepare yourself to wait for your ice cream as the queue is always long and because each one is made after taking the order, it does take awhile. It’s a healthy $7 for your ice cream, served in a roll or by scoop and that includes option of tons of flavours and choice to mix in two more ingredients such as almonds, strawberries, mangos, pineapple and more with a focus on fruit. We will be honest though, prepare yourself to wait for your ice cream as the queue is always long and because each one is made after taking the order, it does take awhile. It’s a healthy $7 for your ice cream, served in a roll or by scoop and that includes option of tons of flavours and choice to mix in two more ingredients such as almonds, strawberries, mangos, pineapple and more with a focus on fruit. Although the wait is long, the staff members, who work in the food truck, are absolutely wonderful as they hand out water bottles on those really hot days. Make sure you check their Facebook page as these guys don’t like to operate if the weather isn’t nice and it is raining.
