Sanjay Dutt starrer Lagey Raho Munna Bhai, that popularised the teachings of Mahatma Gandhi, swept the 54th National Film Awards for 2006, by winning four honours.
Though stars came by the dozen to Delhi to attend 54th National Film Awards for 2006, but the evening lacked the glam and glitter of a Bollywood awards’ nite.
Dilip Kumar, who bagged the lifetime achievement award, and applause for Lage Raho Munnabhai took the centerstage at a glittering ceremony for the National Film Awards 2006.
