Definitions
TOI AIQ Awards (AI Quotient Awards)
Times Internet Limited and its affiliates, agencies, partners, and representatives responsible for conceptualization, management, and execution of the Awards.
Any individual, startup, enterprise, brand, agency, institution, organization, or entity submitting an entry for the Awards.
Completed nomination form and supporting documents submitted by the Participant.
Panel of industry leaders, AI experts, technology practitioners, and domain specialists evaluating the entries.
Independent process advisor appointed to oversee the evaluation methodology and ensure transparency and fairness.
These governing Terms & Conditions applicable to all Participants.
Application: Completed entry / nomination form submitted by the Participant.

Acceptance of Terms
- By submitting a nomination, the Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- Awards Management reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Awards shall constitute acceptance of such changes.
About the Awards
The TOI AIQ Awards (AI Quotient Awards) recognize excellence in Artificial Intelligence adoption, innovation, and transformation across industries and functions — celebrating enterprises, startups, leaders, products, and AI-driven initiatives shaping the future of business and society.
The Awards aim to honour organizations and individuals leveraging AI to drive innovation, operational excellence, customer impact, responsible implementation, and next-generation transformation across sectors.
Eligibility
- The awards are open to organizations, startups, agencies, enterprises, and institutions with AI-led products, solutions, campaigns, or innovations
Accuracy of Information
- All information submitted must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Any misleading information may result in disqualification.
Submission Rights
- By entering the awards, participants confirm they possess the rights to all submitted content, including presentations, videos, data, and creatives.
Confidentiality
- All proprietary information shared during the submission process will remain confidential and accessible only to the jury and authorized organizers
Jury Decision
- The jury’s decision will be final and binding. No correspondence regarding results or scoring will be entertained.
Disqualification
- The organizers reserve the right to disqualify entries that:
- Contain false information
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Do not meet eligibility criteria
- Are submitted after deadlines
Use of Branding
- Participants grant TOI the right to use company names, logos, and submitted creatives for promotional, editorial, and marketing purposes related to the awards
Category Changes
- The organizers reserve the right to move entries to a more appropriate category if required.
Withdrawal of Entries
- Entries cannot be withdrawn after the final submission deadline.
Liability
- The organizers will not be liable for technical failures, incomplete submissions, or internet disruptions affecting entries.
Modification Rights
- TOI reserves the right to modify award categories, timelines, venue, or event format if necessary.
Acceptance
- Submission of entries implies acceptance of all terms and conditions.
