Summer Game Fest 2026 is set to take place today (June 5). This event will bring together game announcements, world-premiere trailers, and updates from developers and publishers across the industry. Summer Game Fest 2026: What to expect from the showcase

Immediately after Summer Game Fest concludes, Day of the Devs will host a separate livestream focused on indie and smaller-scale projects from independent developers. The Summer Game Fest presentation is one of several gaming events scheduled this month. Microsoft's Xbox Games Showcase and Gears of War: E-Day Direct are set to follow on June 7, continuing a busy period of announcements for the gaming industry.
