Houston Texans head coach DeMeco Ryans has praised Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love, stating he will be the best quarterback they've faced this season. Love's impressive performance, including a victory over the Cardinals with 258 yards and four touchdowns, ties for the second-most passing TDs this season. The Texans will face the Packers in a standout quarterback duel in Week 7, despite facing Buffalo's Josh Allen and beating him two weeks ago. Also Read: Travis Kelce And Taylor Swift Are On Hand at Yankee Stadium to Attend Guardians-Yankees ALCS Game 1

DeMeco Ryans praises Jordan Love

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen is set to play his 100th NFL game on "Monday Night Football" against the New York Jets in Week 6. With 231 total touchdowns, Allen is the second-most quarterback in their first 100 career games, trailing only Patrick Mahomes' 237. Many believe Allen is the NFL's second-best quarterback, but Houston Texans head coach DeMeco Ryans believes his team's Week 7 opponent, Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love, is better than Allen, whom Houston beat in Week 5. "He will be the best quarterback we've faced this year," Ryans said of Love, via Fox 26 in Houston, on Monday.Love is playing some of the best NFL football, completing 22 of his 32 passes for 258 yards, four touchdowns, and an interception in a 34-13 victory over the Arizona Cardinals. His two home games mark the first time a Packers quarterback has thrown for four passing touchdowns in consecutive home games since 2020.
Love's eight games in a row with multiple touchdowns is tied for the third-longest in Packers history, trailing only Aaron Rodgers' 13 consecutive games in 2011 and Brett Favre's 12 games in a row from 1994 to 1995.Love's 12 passing touchdowns in four games this season, tied for the second-most in the league with Joe Burrow, are just three behind Baker Mayfield's 15, and align with some of Rodgers' and Favre's MVP seasons, despite missing two due to a sprained MCL. C.J. Stroud and Love are set to face off in one of the NFL's best quarterback duels of the season, with the Packers currently 2.5-point favorites, and the matchup is set for Lambeau Field on CBS.Also Read: “He’s passionate”: Jason Kelce Comes to Nick Sirianni's Defense After a Heated Postgame Altercation With Fans
