India defeat Holland 2-0

NEW DELHI: VR Raghunath and SV Sunil scored a goal apiece as the Indian men's hockey team defeated the hosts, Netherlands, 2-0 in a match played on Tuesday.
After a goalless first half, India opened their account when vice-captain Raghunath scored in the 55th minute. India held on to the lead before Sunil's 67th minute strike put them on course for a well-deserved win.
India were touring Netherlands as a part of their preparations for the FIH Men's Hockey World League Round-3 (semifinal) which will be played at Rotterdam, Netherlands from June 13 to 23. India will play its next match on May 9.
