Neva Tower – Tower 2 (Moscow, Russia)

On the number one spot is Neva Tower – Tower 2. It holds Europe’s tallest buildings record standing tall at a height of 345 m (1,132 ft) with 79 floors. It is located in the Moscow International Business Center (MIBC) but Tower 2 stands out for having enough residential space. The building offers panoramic views across Moscow in Eastern Europe.

OKO – Residential Tower (Moscow, Russia)

The OKO – Residential Tower is on the second spot on the list. It is also among Europe’s tallest residential buildings touching 354 m (1,161 ft) with 85 floors. It is a part of the larger OKO complex in MIBC. It briefly held the title of Russia’s tallest building. The skyline views visible from here are simply breathtaking. A major part of the building is dedicated to residential apartments.

InTempo (Benidorm, Spain)

Intempo in Benidorm, Spain is another tallest building in Europe. Benidorm is a beautiful coastal city noted for its high-rise skyline reaching a height of approximately 202.5 m (665 ft). There are over 52 floors here which were completed in 2021. The distinctive twin-tower building connected by a striking central arch has become a landmark in Spain. There are hundreds of apartments here.

Grand Tower (Frankfurt, Germany)

Completed in 2020, Grand Tower in Frankfurt am Main is the tallest residential building in Germany standing tall at 180 m (590 ft). There are over 400 apartments in this sleek skyscraper. The building is a best example of modern high-rise living in the financial heart of Europe. The building reflects the continued growth of vertical residences in European cities where land is scarce.

De Zalmhaven – Zalmhaventoren (Rotterdam, Netherlands)

Set inside De Zalmhaven complex, Zalmhaventoren I is the tallest building in the Netherlands. It is 215 m (706 ft) tall and functions as residential property. The building was completed in 2022 and is known as mixed-use apartments full of modern amenities. Its importance lies in advancing residential high-rise living in Western Europe’s city centers.
