Insurers to launch standard travel policy from July

Though there are many travel insurance policies available in India, each product is distinct and people find it difficult to choose what is right for them. Therefore, to solve this problem, the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) has asked the insurance companies to launch a standard domestic travel policy from July 1 this year. This policy will be known as Bharat Yatra Suraksha.
