London Olympics: Wrestler Yogeshwar Dutt storms into bronze medal match
Wrestler Yogeshwar Dutt advanced to the bronze medal match after he beat Masoud Esmaeilpoorjouybari 3-1 in second repechage round of the men's 60kg freestyle event.
Wrestler Yogeshwar Dutt advanced to the bronze medal match after he beat Masoud Esmaeilpoorjouybari 3-1 in second repechage round of the men's 60kg freestyle event.
Dutt will meet Jong Myong Ri of North Korea in the bronze medal match.
Indian grappler defeated Franklin Gomez Matos of Puerto Rico 3-0 in the first repechage round.
Earlier in the day, Dutt's hopes of clinching a medal remained alive after his vanquisher Besik Kudukhov of Russia moved into the finals, enabling the Indian grappler to stake a claim at the elusive bronze in the repechage round.
