Does Archie have a net worth? What titles does he hold?
As Archie, the first child of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle turns 6, all eyes are on the royal kid growing up far from palace walls and royal traditions. Fun and lively, little Archie is growing up in the serene, sun-soaked enclave of Montecito, California, in the embrace of nature and the gentle presence of his parents.
What's common among royal kids is their love for outdoor activities. While Prince George, the eldest of Prince William and Kate’s children, enjoys activities like football (soccer) and rugby, and Princess Charlotte has developed an interest for horseback riding and playing tennis, Archie has his own set of hobbies. Meghan in her Netflix series has shared that he loves surfing, dancing, and even fruit-picking in their Montecito garden. More recently, he has shown interest in fishing. Meghan recalled a sweet moment in her Netflix series when Archie caught two trout during a summer outing. The family then enjoyed a cozy moment together, salt-baking the fish.
However, things changed after Queen Elizabeth II's death when King Charles III took the throne. Archie automatically became eligible for a princely title. This change was officially recognized in March 2023, when the royal family's website updated his title to "Prince Archie of Sussex.
While Archie, like his royal cousins George, Charlotte, and Louis, does not have personal wealth in the conventional sense, considering he is the son of two high-profile figures, and combining it with potential inheritances from the royal family, places him in a unique financial position as he grows older.
According to Good Housekeeping at the time of his birth, Archie was already bringing the British economy lots of money. Kayla Keegan from the magazine said in 2019 that "even though Archie is only a few days old, he's already generating millions from simply being so darn cute. Just like with his cousins."
Keegan suggests that Meghan's exceptional fashion sense is expected to generate approximately $1.47 billion for the UK economy over the next two years due to the new baby.
What is Archie's official title
When Archie was born in May 2019, he wasn't given a royal title, and his parents opted for the name Master Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor without the styling of 'Prince' or even 'Earl of Dumbarton', which he was technically entitled to as a courtesy. Harry and Meghan opted for a simpler identity for their son, as per their wish to have a private family life. However, things changed after Queen Elizabeth II's death when King Charles III took the throne. Archie automatically became eligible for a princely title. This change was officially recognized in March 2023, when the royal family's website updated his title to "Prince Archie of Sussex.
What is the net worth of Prince Archie?
Can a 6-year-old have a net worth? While Archie is too tiny to take up a job or do business, but various celebrity net worth trackers estimate that his worth is between $5 million and $10 million. The figure perhaps includes the value of potential trust funds, family gifts, and inheritances, certainly not cash in the bank. While Archie, like his royal cousins George, Charlotte, and Louis, does not have personal wealth in the conventional sense, considering he is the son of two high-profile figures, and combining it with potential inheritances from the royal family, places him in a unique financial position as he grows older.
