Today's workout is High-Intensity Interval Training. HIIT workout is a training technique where you give your 100 per cent effort through quick and intense bursts of exercise, which is followed by short recovery periods.

The workout keeps your heart rate up and thus is great for your cardiovascular health. It also helps you burn more fat in less time.

Remember- In this workout, you should try to do maximum repetitions with 30 seconds of rest between two sets.
- If you do not work out regularly, perform the exercise under an expert’s supervision.

1. Shoulder Taps5 sets of 30 seconds each followed by 30 seconds of rest

2. Mountain climb push-ups5 sets of 30 seconds each followed by 30 seconds of rest

3. High knees with Jumping lunges5 sets of 30 seconds each followed by 30 seconds of rest

4. Twisted jump squat5 sets of 30 seconds each followed by 30 seconds of rest

5. Side to side step cossack squat5 sets of 30 seconds each followed by 30 seconds of rest
