Importance of Probiotic foods

Probiotic foods are important for our body, as they contain good bacteria that boost the digestive system, support nutrition absorption, and the immune system. We all know that the COVID treatment involves consumption of high antibiotics and according to experts, these antibiotics decrease the number of necessary bacteria in the digestive system to a large extent and may cause other disorders like abdominal pain, constipation and bloating.
