Dark chocolate drink

To make this easy drink, boil 1 cup milk/almond/soy milk, add 2 tbsp dark chocolate, 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder and keep stirring. Add a pinch of nutmeg and honey as per taste and serve hot. The presence of antioxidants and plant based flavanols in dark chocolate help in reducing hunger pangs by providing satiety for a longer period of time. What’s more, it reduces inflammation, stress and helps in better weight management. Drinking this as a night drink also helps in inducing sleep.

This simple tea can help in accelerating the fat loss process. Boil ginger water. Once done, add in tulsi leaves, steep them for 3 minutes. Strain the tea, add 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp honey.
