Prime Minister Narendra Modi is not just an efficient leader but also a person who knows the art of managing a balanced lifestyle. While his love for yoga and fitness is known to all, many of us are not aware that Modi loves cooking too. During his early days of career, he used to cook his meals and made sure that it was all healthy. In a recent interview to a media house, he mentioned about his lifestyle before he joined politics. Interestingly, his morning hours were dedicated to cooking healthy breakfast that included Poha and other nutritious stuff. He mentioned in the interview that he knows to make scrumptious poha.

Easy to make and nutritious khichdi

While mentioning about his busy schedule in early days of career, he also talked about his late night food habits that included easy to make khichdi recipe. According to him, khichdi can be easily made at home and is full of nutrients and that’s the reason he loves it so much!

It seems that all the members of BJP party knows Modi’s love for Khichdi and that’s the reason the party cooked 5000 kg khichdi at its Dalit rally in Delhi recently. And during the rally, Delhi BJP chief Manoj Tiwari had mentioned that this successful khichdi programme is a sign that Narendra Modi will again become the Prime Minister of India after the 2019 elections.

He is known for his balanced lifestyle that includes simple and healthy eating and a lot of warm water. In 2016, it was revealed that during the 9-day fast of Navratri, he only consumed warm water at regular interval to keep his body fit and energized.
