​​Bhoger Khichuri​


Bhoger Khichuri is the most loved dish prepared as an offering to the goddess Durga. This comforting Khichuri is a delicious melange of veggies, gobindo bhog rice cooked with ghee roasted moong dal/chana dal. The key to a perfect khichuri lies in the balance of spices and the cooking method. It often includes bay leaves, cumin seeds, ginger, and green chilies, which gives this dish a traditional touch and rich aroma.
