Ashish Vidyarthi reacts after eating Black Idli from Nagpur; details inside

Idli is a comforting breakfast delight that many of us enjoy. And the most popular varieties of idlis enjoyed are rice idli, semolina idli, and millet idli. But, have you ever tried black idli?

Well, yes, there is black idli too, and famous actor Ashish Vidyarthi recently spotted a vendor selling black idli in Nagpur, and it is all things healthy.

The actor shared an Instagram reel post of enjoying black idli at Reddy's All About Idli, an idli stall nestled in CP Club Road, Civil Lines, Nagpur. "Black idli....Never seen before amazing jalwa from Nagpur," he captioned the video. The viral video has garnered 54k likes and 462k views on Instagram and 37.5K likes, 108 comments, and 123 shares on Facebook. Take a look:



In the video, the vendor mentions that these black idlis are made with coconut outer shell, orange peel, beetroot juice, and beetroot pulp. The idlis are served with a dollop of ghee, and a generous portion of gunpowder.

As per Ashish’s video, the vendor started making the unique idli 6 years ago and is soon planning to have a large-scale production unit.
