Keeping the same in view, we have got some simple and easy kitchen secrets that celebrity nutritionist and author Rujuta Diwekar feels can be effective in boosting good health and immunity. ​Right utensils

According to Rujuta, one should use only iron kadhai, tawa and karchi in the kitchen for good energy and HB levels. It is believed that the food cooked in iron utensils is nutritious and helps fight the diseases effectively. (Image: istock)

​Curd made with raisin

She suggests eating curd as a mid-meal and to make the curd, you should use raisins as they together form a perfect combo of pre and probiotics. (Image: istock)

​Use of ghee
