Amongst many other sweet delicacies, ghevar is a Rajasthani cuisine sweet. It is traditionally associated with Teej festival and is also prepared on several other festive occasions. Ghevar is a disc-shaped sweet dish made with refined flour and is soaked in sugary syrup. You can choose from the many varieties of ghevar including plain, mawa and malai ghevar.
