5 home remedies for INSTANT glow

Cabbage

You might not be a fan of cabbage but you'll be surprised to know it's skin benefits. Cabbage is rich in rich Vitamin A, C and D, and together these three make the skin youthful and clear. All you have to do is boil cabbage in water, now strain it and use the water to wash your face to for that instant glow.

Yoghurt

The lactic acid in yogurt dissolves the dead skin and tightens pores, giving it a youthful glow. Just add a tablespoon of olive oil to three to tablespoons of yoghurt and apply the mixture to your face. Wash it off with lukewarm water once it starts to dry. You can also mix yoghurt with cucumber water and apply on your face for a fresh look.

Coconut milk

Coconut milk is a great exfoliator hence excellent for skin care. Take half a cup of coconut milk. Use half of it to apply it over the face and body. Mix the rest with red sandalwood powder, apply the paste on the face. It can also be applied all over the body.

Coconut water

Since it's a natural moisturiser, it lends the perfect glow to a dull skin. your skin. Just mix coconut water with a two tablespoons of pineapple juice and apply it over your face. When dry, wash it off with ice cubes or cold water.

Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar washes out the toxins from the face and can your face a youthful glow you have always been yearning for. All you have to do is mix one teaspoon apple cider vinegar with one teaspoon rosewater. Apply on skin and leave for ten minutes. Wash it off with normal water.
