One of the best ways to moisturise your hair is by taking milk hair baths. Soak your hair in milk post hair wash for about 10-15 minutes. Set the steamer on and then apply the conditioner on your hair. Wash it off with cold water and you will see how big of a difference it makes to soften your hair.

DIY face spa for oily skin

If you are someone who has oily skin, a mud mask is your saviour! Create a mud pack at home by mixing coffee, multani mitti and a little bit of honey. Mix it all well and apply it all over your face. Steam your face for 5-7 minutes and rinse it all off with a good cleanser. This particular mask has anti-oxidants that will absorb the extra oil from the skin.

DIY face spa for dry skin

People with dry skin should use aloe vera for their face. Mix some aloe vera gel with honey and apply it to your face. Take some steam and let it cool for 10 minutes before you wash it off. This will help in hydrating your skin and make it look cleaner as well.

You need some marine salt or bath salt and mix it with a cleanser or body lotion to make a scrub. Take a bath after massaging the body using this scrub and use a good body lotion soon after.

People with oily skin type should use sugar in a cleanser or a body lotion form. Apply this scrub on the body and massage it well. Take a good shower and use a moisturiser after you are nicely bathed. Sugar particles are thick and they work well on the oily skin.
