She is 37, but her biological age is 24: 5 habits that help her stay young

At 37, Kaitlynn claims her biological age is 24.6. Her liver is 24, her heart is thriving, and her inflammation markers are basically zero. She looks and feels like someone who is more than a decade younger.

In a video shared on Instagram, the wellness influencer and mother of two shares how she reversed her biological age by 13 years. According to her, it isn’t built on perfection or privilege, but on some non-negotiable practices that work even amidst chaotic modern life.

She starts her day with two glasses of water

The woman starts her day with two glasses of water. No fancy drinks, no five-step routine, no decisions on an empty stomach—just plain water. Drinking water in the morning is beneficial, as it rehydrates the body, improves metabolism, and boosts alertness. This is a simple yet effective way to care for your body.

Protein in every meal

Kaitlynn ensures that she gets adequate protein in her meals. It is a non-negotiable part of her diet. “Protein first stabilises blood sugar, keeps cravings quiet, and maintains the muscle that keeps my metabolism working the way it should,” she explains. Protein is one of the three macronutrients your body needs. From repairing damaged tissues and building muscle to supporting the immune system and producing vital hormones and enzymes, protein is essential for your body to function. Incorporating protein into every meal is the simplest way to fuel your body and keep it going. It doesn’t have to be complicated—eggs, Greek yoghurt, chicken, fish—you can choose any source of protein.

She moves every day without exception

Exercise is crucial for ageing gracefully. This doesn’t necessarily mean you have to spend hours in the gym or undergo intense training. The idea is to get more movement into your routine. “Not the same way every day. Some days I lift. Some days I walk after dinner with a murder mystery in my ears, pretending I don’t have children for 20 minutes. Movement that fits the day beats the perfect workout I skipped every single time,” she said. Getting at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise every week is crucial for health, longevity, and overall fitness.

5/6

She protects her sleep at any cost

Most people skimp on sleep. They do everything perfectly but often put sleep on the back burner. However, this wellness influencer protects her sleep “like it’s medical”. And it surely is. She goes to sleep at the same time.

“Sleep is when your body repairs inflammation, regulates hunger hormones, and processes stress. Nothing I do matters more than this one,” she said. Getting at least seven to nine hours of sleep every night is crucial for your health.

6/6

She never misses twice

This might be the most important principle of all. It is human to have one bad day, but that should not turn into a pattern. According to Kaitlynn, one should not wait for a significant day to bounce back. “One bad day is human. The return is automatic, and it doesn’t require a Monday or an announcement. Just the next right choice. Always available. No reset required,” she said.
These simple habits are helping the woman live like a 24-year-old. Remember, there is nothing wrong with growing older. It is an inevitable part of life. But being healthy is non-negotiable. And that’s why these healthy habits matter.
