THIS IS THE OLDEST survivng Railway sation is AMPLE TESTIMONY for Union governement that has collected 3.29 times per capita tax from TN residents had completely ignored TN for all 77 years. A mere 3 PSUs as against 30 in KA. The subsidy given to Mumbai suburban FAR EXCEEDS Railway outlay to entire TN. Almost 90% of Railway infra are pre-independence structures. No wonder they get oldest surviving tag. TN residents who leep electig so called Dravidian parties have no guts to hold leaders accuntable to get same per capita central govt expenses as much as we pay per capita central taxes.
