The makers of Rashmika Mandanna's upcoming film 'Mysaa' have unveiled a new character from the movie. On the occasion of actor Tarak Ponnappa's birthday, the team introduced him as 'EERA' through a special poster on social media.

Sharing the poster, the makers described EERA as a fierce and ruthless character from the world of ‘Mysaa’. The poster shows him in an intense and malicious gaze while he speaks on the telephone. Captured in the night we can be some people standing behind holding fire torches. He can be seen wearing a black shirt and black dhoti.Sharing the poster the makers wrote, “Team #MYSAA wishes the powerhouse performer @tarakponnappa a very Happy Birthday. Get ready to witness his fierce and ruthless performance as 'EERA’ in #MYSAA. In cinemas this 2026.”

About ‘Mysaa’

'Mysaa' is said to be a female-led pan-India film which features Rashmika Mandanna in the lead role. She is expected to showcase her in one of the most intense characters of her career.

But the land shook in fear, failing to hide my daughter’s blood. The wind comes to a still, failing to carry my daughter’s breath. The fire turned into ashes, failing to see my daughter’s burning rage. And finally, Death faced Death, failing to kill my daughter.”Speaking of Rashmika Mandanna’s look in the film, she keeps a very intense gaze with her face covered with dust and blood. She looks strong, angry, and full of power. The film’s story is expected to be set in tribal lands in this Rawindra Pulle directorial.The makers have roped in International stunt expert Andy Long for the action sequences and also includes Shreyaas P Krishna behind the camera and music composed by Jakes Bejoy.
