Actor Pawan Kalyan, the incumbent Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, recently visited flood-affected areas in the state to assess the damage and support relief efforts. Following the recent severe floods that impacted several villages, the Power Star has taken significant actions to aid the victims. A video of Pawan Kalyan visiting and interacting with the people is going viral on Twitter.
In the video, Pawan Kalyan is seen walking through waterlogged areas with heavy security around him. He personally visited the villages to offer help and support.Earlier, Pawan Kalyan announced a major contribution of Rs 6 crore for flood relief. This includes Rs 1 crore each to the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF) and the Telangana CMRF. Additionally, he pledged Rs 4 crore to assist 400 villages in Andhra Pradesh, providing Rs 1 lakh to each panchayat for immediate needs.

He also commended the state government for its quick response to the crisis. Relief efforts are underway, focusing on providing clean drinking water, food supplies, and sanitation. Over 20,000 garbage heaps have been cleared, and a 100-day sanitation drive has been launched to make the villages garbage-free.Regarding his upcoming films in Tollywood, Pawan Kalyan has an exciting lineup, including ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu,’ directed by Krish Jagarlamudi, and ‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh,’ directed by Harish Shankar. To celebrate his 56th birthday on September 2, his popular film ‘Gabbar Singh’ was re-released in theaters.
